The first form front/voor/north/noord, self and Achter/back/zuid/south.

There are 4 basic directions surounding you N E S W ore Front Left Back and Richt.

The firtst form consists out of front and back North ans South ore magnetism + and - remember that the geografic and magnetic north and south are switched.

At firtst you train the form with one hand at a time and you can stand with your left and richt foot front ore foot side by side. Actualy in every basic stance pointing to any direction is possible.

Your hand can go from the front to your self ore centre the heart and from the heart to the front. The centre of self is the heart ore sword of your rib cage. But you can place the self on every part of your body. This is front and back at the front side. But the back is also at the back of you. To reatch that back you can go around your left ore richt side ore actualy all pionts surounding you. So front always stays the same but back splits its self becouse you standing in between. So when you are at the back you never havo to think where you go. onley at the front you have to think witch way around you take to the back. How your feet stand influences witch options are the easeyst. This form has to be trained with left and richt hand separate at first when done with 2 hands there are many more rules. So first try with one hand at a time. the richt hand is the teacher of the left and the left the teacher of the richt. You will see that when richt masters some ting it is eager to teatch the left the same thing. While doing that the left will give hints of what richt goed do next. And richt needs to think about what its actualy doing to explain it to left. This dance between those is with no end. With the movements it is posible to piont the hand at any of the 6 direction and variating between posisions the elbow shoulder body and feet are all influenced by the position the hand is pionting and with witch part of the hand you piont. Adding these variationd already leads to more variation you can comrihand. But you can train them and when trained the movements are like bicicling when it all comes to getter your smal brain will be able to put it in context when moving. It is also posible to vary from left behind to self/heart to richt behind than you will get 3 positions to vary between at will and endless ones at the end.  It sounds simple but to realy understand it and to be able to thing before you act is a process your speed is is conected with your level of cognision. this form can also be trained with stick in the hand. Te posisions and movements of the hand are more magnified this way and you will train more mussle and agibility. When losing the stick again the hand will feel libarated. the form can also be trained in qi gong form balancing the coucius of the front with the uncouncious at the back with the eyegs closed they will be the same and the eyes can look front and back the real eyegs and the inner eye.
