The first set of movements. Heaven 1 earth 2 and self 3.

The first set consists out of 8 kwart circle movements.

With whom 8 difrent basic movements can be made.

There are 3 diferent focus points heaven earth and self.

First movement heaven 1 earth 2.

2 half circles who come togetter in centre.

Both hands togetter up or both hands togetter down.

The other variation is one hand up and one hand down.

Left hand is the hand of the energy male heaven and richt hand of the blood matirial female earth.

So if you have your left hand up the poles match.

Left hand up richt hand down means ure focused to the front.

Richt hand up left hand down means you focus to the back making the richt hand the left hand and the left hand the richt hand.

Or vise versa when you want oposit poles.

This type of miroring can be done in every possible way.

If you miror your self down wards above will also be below and vise versa when you mirror your self in your miror imiage your polaritys shift.

Your left hand is your richt hand there.

So you will have simulair poles facing each other.

If you have your self faling side wards to the left ore richt side, they dont shift so you wil have oposite poles facing each other.

Like the rain fals up on the other side of the earth and the fire burns downwards.

It is also possible to have your self faling forwarth ore back warth with means you will stand the other way around.

So your poles will stay simulair but your body faces to the other side.

This type of practice can be done to make the simple movements more interesting.

So you have 8 movements.

Every hand has 4 movements between 3 points.

with the hands up ore down you have with this set always

just one position to go to it is always the centre ore self.

And from the centre ore self you always have 4 posibilitys.

fom witch you always go back to self where you have again 4 posibilitys.

You should imprint every position as good as you can.

Then always try to be one step ahead.
